Unable to withdraw funds from Titan Poker

Yup! Just as it sounds. Seems I'm unable to withdrawal funds from my Titan Poker account. I have been trying for 17days & have been repeatedly jerked around.

If you're thinking of playing on another site, think again when you think Titan. (soft, loose tables but tight constipated banking)

I stopped playing there 10 years ago. Their software is full of spyware and who knows what else. This company from Israel is always being jerky at support and I also have same experience as you.

I play at party poker now. Way better for me

UPDATE re: Withdrawal difficulties on Titan Poker

Yesterday I attempted ANOTHER withdrawal (I've lost count as to how many it is now since Mar.6). I was advised to use a different method, which I had done so on the site's Webpage ('TitanBet'... as TitanPoker page cannot be accessed in canada for awhile now). It provided a space for my bank account number but the space was 9-digits in length (Canadian bank accounts have only 7 digits in them). I tried it and it too failed.

Last night I attempted the alternate method for Withdrawal but this time I went back to trying to do it on the Poker Client (instead of the web page) and it seemed to go through okay (but my previous 6 attempts also seemed to go through perfectly and all were sent back to my account after being approved???).

This morning I had someone from Titan Poker call my house! (the telephone number they provide for Canadians to call support is not working... or just no longer exists). They apologized profusely and stated that they are hoping this current Withdrawal works for me. They cannot figure out why the others were not working (aside from the 9-digit thing). They asked if I could wait a couple more days to see if it goes through okay for me & if it doesn't, they will be doing it manually for me, assuring me that the money will be getting into my bank account. They've also sent it to the technical dept. in hopes of figuring out why the WD's haven't been working so that they can fix the problem.

Hey... maybe I'll be playing on Titan again sometime soon! LoL. I mean 'Why Not?'.. the tables are soft on there and customer support even calls you at your home!!!!

Titan Support has PAID me my withdrawal!!!!

I got paid!!!

Titan support contacted me at my home & were able to process my withdrawal!!!!!

Looks like I'm back playing on Titan.

(fwiw, Titan & iPoker are great places to play... especially if you're just a beginner or a huge whale who likes to donate to the poker economy. Hoping you can join me there )

Do you know if I can withdraw funds without making a previous deposit?

Sad to hear you went through that PO, glad to see you got paid in the end, I miss playing there, only problem I have with Titan is that they withdrew services from Australia, and before that they made the CC freeroll there a stupid points rebuy, they turned what was once a great game to play into a joke by doing that.
