Full Tilt didn´t want to release my money because I played a PPA and gave a different address I have today. I wasn´t able to get my money. It was about 25 dollars. I know what you mean.

Those numbers are not international. To dial most US numbers you have to put a 001 in front of it - don't know if that works with toll free numbers or not.

Sounds like US numbers the 800 are toll free but not the 866.

sites have to pay money for transfers, so they don't like being treated like a bank. If you aren't going to play, don't deposit. No site I know of will refund back to a credit card as a normal way of doing things.

UB is one of my favorite sites but withdrawals can be slow (at least it was one of my favs before they changed the point system.

You should read my 1st post for this thread. I explained why i deposited then withdrew. I can appreciate those circumstances but i told them my reasons a number of times it was only after including someone in my email that they actually responded to my explanation which was dissapointing.

It was a debit card they refunded my money to. It cleared yesterday, thankfully.

I deposited $350 bout a month ago and had realeased about $20 when they changed their bonus structure halfway through a promotion, this and the frequent complaints ive heard plus some of my experince on the site gave me the feeling that they dont give a damn about their customers. Anyway I was disgusted with the bonus structure change and cashed out everything. The fact that they added roshambo made me respect them even less. Anyway im staying off that site for good, not sure about you guys.

LOL why are people so upset about the whole Roshambo thing??

Some of you act like poker sites are in business because they want to provide you with a poker site. In reality they are in business to get your money.

While *I* would never pay real money for roshambo online, I don't care who else plays it.

With all that said, I do like the elimination blackjack that UB offers from time to time.

OK, fair point maybe, but if Ultimate Bet require you to play a certain number of hands before they allow you to get back your deposit then they've got to be open about it upfront. Allowing you to deposit $25 without telling you that the minimum withdrawal is $50 is tantamount to theft.
