Can someone from a banned state just use Skrill to play?

I live in Maryland which is one of the states that most poker sites banned players from playing in real money games. Would I be able to play on those poker sites if I used skrill for all deposits (and hopefully withdrawals)?

BetOnline is a site that allows players from MD and I've been playing there, but I'm a little fed up with losing an all in bet on the river, and I put my money in the pot with the best hand. I know thats poker but this happens to me TOO much, like 90% of the time. I want to try another poker site but I need to find the loopholes to be able to play..

there is no ground that you will be banned bec. at first you cant play real money games in most of online sites that you were referring.. means you cant register in real money games or they will reject your deposit money..and try to ask skrill because they also have a restriction country using for gambling..

in my country PH are allowed playing real money games.. but when i ask skrill, our country is not eligible to used skrill account for gambling ..

Skrill is not available in the US to my knowledge.

States are determined by your ip address not your deposit method.

I would not risk it anyway. Too much can go wrong if they find out, not worth it. What if they found out, banned you because of it, then later on allowed MD players? They would not lift the ban...

Skrill pulled out of US market quite some time ago, things are tighter than a nuns cookie for making deposits
