I wanted to try out Rounders Casino and deposited $500.

The games are very small and the interface is primitive and slow. I verified my identity and requested a cashout. They refuse to cash me out and this was the response from support:
-------

We're emailing you an update on your cash out request!

If it's your first time cashing out, one of the considerations we look at before approving any cash out is the player's "play through score". Let me explain.

Every time you play on cash tables you earn rakeback points and play through. This means that you contribute to the funds circulating in the casino. This builds your play through score as your credibility. In turn, this unlocks the amount you can cash out from your account as the system sees you as a legit player.

_____

When I told them that I didn't want to play there anymore they answered:

______

we have rules and regulation which we follow. First of all player need to play 2X value before withdraw any amount.
in a clear word if you want to withdraw 100$ you need to bet on $200 in cash table or tournament or Sitngo.
When you fulfill the condition we will release your account balance immediately.

________

So my advice is to steer clear of that site...

Thanks for the advanced warning, I'll keep this in mind if I ever deal with Rounders Casino.

Nah, it's cool. In fact, that is even a step further than I was thinking. My thought was, I wonder if the casino was named after the movie or the poker term (I imagine it was founded before the movie came out)? Putting up this perfectly appropriate response though: no, don't say "sorry" - I'm the one to thank you! I might add this picture into my flashdrive section with poker memes and jokes. Good to have a sense of humor and attitude is paramount against combating tilt.

You might have saved me tilt from a bad beat before it happens by sending this here :)

That's why it's best to use confirmed legitimate sites.

Stay away!!!

Rounders Casino is total trash....too many reasons too list. Glad I only started with $25 to try it out. Very few players and I tried to play at different times of the day. Ran a couple cheap tournaments..the cards players chose to 3 bet or re-raise all in with were comical, yet a runner runner to give their 7/3 off suit a win over AK suited or pocket QQ. Very questionable site all together. I’m def not playing there ever again and I hope to save some people some money and time!!! I’ll be on betonline or sports book sites. Tons of traffic and many gameplay options. Occasional bad beat but that’s poker, rounders casino is total opposite. Tons of bad beats and horrible game play options and players

You got what you deserved

Sorry about your situation...but honestly you got what you deserved... if you would of pulled up the reviews and read them you would of known that this is a "steal your cash site" every post about cash outs is terrible. SHAME on these forums for supporting them by putting their ads on them just to make a few bucks.

Cashouts

Now personally I don't think the site is that bad but I am probably one of the best players on there and that's not bragging at all it's just I do very well. It's not as big of a joke like global poker and a lot of the other ones. Now my question is I won first place in two freerolls I've won some other tournaments, and I just won $250 for first place in the $500 guarantee. So now the question is how do I cash out if I've never made a deposit and it doesn't make sense to make a deposit if I'm up about $300 and I don't have a problem playing cash games and stuff like that. and I hate when sites try to tell you you have to deposit first like that's a joke because if you're a legit site you should have no problem cashing out because I'm still making you rake I'm still paying for tournaments and I'm still paying for spins, etc. And even depositing Bitcoin is a hassle, so my question is since I'm up money what kind of hoops do I have to jump through to cash out because that's the s*** that usually breaks the site and people quit playing then they go under like fullflushpoker.com. But I can definitely say without a doubt that the suckouts in global poker are 1 million times worse than the site. And there's no doubt about it and there's no way you can convince me otherwise. So other than that the sites great!!!! But if they give me some problems cashing out double my deposit when I want a free roll and kept winning so what are the options for me and I've already been verified through bankrollmob.com so we'll see what happens and if anybody's got any advice for me let me know.

Stick with the large companies who have been in the business for a long time. There's a reason they're still around and holding strong. Avoid all the small hole in the wall online sites, you're likely to get taken for a ride. Stay safe and make good decisions.

This is one of the reason's I have NEVER! deposited my own money on any poker site. Even pokerstars which for me is one of the best. All of the money I have is won on free-rolls and small stake games I pay for from free-roll money.
I once said to one of my friends "If I won a hundred grand playing poker, Then I might think about giving my Bank account details to them so I could withdraw but even then I may not" Why? because the money was never mine and if I won that kind of money my stakes would go up and I would be playing some of the bigger events.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

Interesting info

I have started to play on Rounders ,So if you enter a large game and get lucky >say winning 3 gs you must bet 3 thou to withdraw. now will not likely deposit or waste any more time until I here something a little different regarding these withdrawal rules they created.
Thanks for the heads up

Play-through for deposits is 1X. It's a requirements to prevent abuse of the site obviously. I suggest to contact support and they will give you an explanation of everything, they have a live chat so you should get your answers within minutes.

Agreed, that would be reasonable policy for a casino site where they had given an instant bonus

But on a site where the bonus is paid out in parts it doesn't make sense to have a wagering requirement.

I do understand there are fees the site must pay for deposits and withdrawals, but I think that's a cost the site must just take on for doing business

Well i read all the posts and dont know what to say .
First of all i was very sceptical about rounder casino , im playing there since April . won some freerolls , won a few tournaments and reach a balance of 250 . wanted to cashout but didnt do any deposit . The casino kindly helped me whit that , they told me that i can do a player to player transfer and they will assist with that so everything goes smoothly . They have discord channel aswell .
In the meantime i manage to make a deposit , after you deposit you need to play the funds 1 time , you can do that very easly at cash tables , lets say you deposit 20$ if you play 0.02/0.05$ you will play through that in 20 mins at top .
After that i requested a BTC withdrawal , it was approved in 12h or something like that , and in 24h i had my money in my BTC wallet , since April , i made 6 succesfull cashouts .
So i dont know why u saying roundercasino is a scam or is not paying they have some deposit/cashout rules that you can read them on their website .
I hope this will clarify all about rounder casino .

I have some money from freerolls there, as I understand, in order to withdraw something, I have to pay something. How much do I have to deposit and do I have to play for the whole amount paid. Is there any fixed amount?

Dont know why u asked all the questions here . They have a live support that are answering you in seconds they can help you with that . If you have some money from freerols i sugest you join their discord channel and speak with other players usually you can transfer to other players your funds and you can receive your money on paypal/skrill or others . But better speak with their online support they will help you faster .

other sites that play in the same network are fine, I have cashed out without problem but you have to play on a different currency.
