Problems with MuchBetter

I am trying to send some money to withdraw it here in brazil for the last two days to no avail. I sent them an email and they did not respond. I am starting to get worrried now.

You cash direct for you account? I sell for a guy who buy from muchbetter, and send from my much for him, and he send the money for my account, is more fast to me

Do you pay direct to your account? I sell to a guy who buys much better, and I send him a lot of mine, and he sends the money to my account, it's faster for me

I never had problems with Muchbetter, they are trustable.

I tried to search social media but I do not see any bad reports about MB the last few days? Maybe this is just a regional problem in Japan, Brazil etc.

I have never had any issues with them, they are connected to a Lithuanian bank.
