Was it a big amount? cause if it's big they usually do a check, to make sure it's not whitewashing money or there is no fraud/money dumping involved, if you havent done anything like that you will get your money it sometimes just takes time or there is a issue from you bank side..

Some questions: Have you previously made any withdrawal with this amount? Already moved this value up to that amount (maybe using some bonus) or have you used this method before?

How long have you had your account? Is it already verified? Because generally using this method is fast for smaller values (up to 150).

i had verified my account a long time ago and then this change came for players from germany and i had to do it again and the bank or other payment system also had to be verified separately. I don't know which country you come from, but there may still be something that you have to verify yourself. And as far as I know, you can always reverse a payout made on pokerstars at any time.
