over the last few days I have been trying to sign on to ignition Poker, a screen comes up asking to provide some info in order to update password, I have tried this several times to no avail and getting no reply back from Ignition. I finally used another email address to trTy and contact Ignition C.S. I did receive an email from them stating that they were having technical problems but had resolved the problem and told me to try again to which I did, several times again with nobody getting back to me and not being able to update password. I used the email address I used to get someone attention before and now I am not getting any reply from that C.S. Is there something going on at Ignition ? There must be something wrong for them not getting back to me to help fix my problem, I hope someone has some advise or info that could help me, thanks.

Same here. I started getting the same thing yesterday when trying to login. I just sent an email tonight. It was working just fine until I cashed about $150 in two tournaments yesterday. Let me know if any develops on your end, and I'll do the same.

Be careful not to register twice from different email addresses.
This is not allowed and may hurt you when they discover.

Maybe they're trying to add usernames, rakeback, and auto-top-up in their software.

I was trying to get on Ignition, but they're not accepting any of my cards. So I'm gonna try bitcoin. I'm glad you're telling us about this. I hope it's ok now. And I'll look out for this in the future.

update with Ignition Poker

I am happy to say that I am back playing poker at Ignition Poker, in an email I received from I. P. I was provided a phone number to call and "go over and verify few things " so that we could go forward and get back to playing poker again. I called and after a few moments verifying these things all was back and up and running, if only this happened weeks ago, I think this might be a good example of it better to reach out and touch someone with a phone call rather than using an email, of the few calls prior to this last one to I. P. it somehow always was referred back to using & answering the questions in the emails in order to go forward, someone at Ignition must have taken it upon themselves to go the extra mile to get this problem fixed, I am thankful he did. Thanks to Cardschat for being there to let me voice my problem/frustration, I am sure it helped things get rolling to a conclusion.

Glad got back in only to tell you that you should probably get the hell out as soon as possible. What happened to you is the same thing that happened to me same day and all. Email CS absolutely no help. Several E-mails back and forth promising to send me an E-mail with a link to reset my PW. Well you know what happened.

As you've learned Ignition has no phone CS published on there web page. It took me a lot of Google searches and finally found a number for them. The service rep sent me the link and I was back in business until I wasn't. Two days ago (Dec 27th) I got locked out again. This time I was told that I was locked out because there had been a charge-back $150 deposit I made in Oct. Checked my records no charge-back of course they would be the ones who would have to initiated a charge-back being the vendor and I filed no dispute with my card issuer over the transaction in question. At the time of the lock out I "had" $300 in my account. CS told me to get back with them 7 to 10 days to see if I had received the charge-back. And if I hadn't I would have to prove that by sending them copies of of my bank statements. Check this out, "in the mean time" CS says," ...if you want to get back into [your] account today, give me your CC numbers and I'll charge $150 to you account." So, in 7 days I have to prove to them that I didn't steal my own money. Of course this is just a pretext to cease my account and all of the funds with a (7 days from now) run around.

Ok, I'll give them the benefit of doubt, that they are not the crooks. But if it's not them it's there shady ass business partners on the banking side of this cluster **** and that's where I place bet, but they're complicit in this BS . In any event, if I get back in, I'm getting back out within seconds. That organization is crooked as hell. Hope this post helps someone!
