Hello guys i just won 5k on pokerstars and want to transfer it to a friend who will pay me cash however i cant transfer except 500 per month and when i try raising the limit i get a message to send request to a mail
What should i do to ensure raising the limit

I would advise you not to do this as you may get your account blocked, many player to player balance transfers are unreliable. I have had bad experiences with this topic. I advise you to execute few transfers and small amounts of money.

Speak to Stars support and find out what you need to do to withdraw, you might need to stake a % depending on how you won it. Congratulations and GL! ❤️

Just withdraw the money instead of transferring them to another player. The reason, why there is a limit on player to player transfers, is to combat money laundering and tax evation. So they are not going to change it, just because you dont like it. Its like calling the police and ask them, if they can please increase the speed limit, because you want to drive faster.

I agree with fundiver, withdraw your money or transfer it a little by little. He's also right about the reasons they wouldn't allow people to transfer any amount they want. Of course a lot of players would take advantage and start transferring money using PS in order to avoid fees or taxes or whatever...
