Hello

This thread might be a bit premature, please let me know your thoughts.

I am having issues processing a with drawl with pokerstars. I have had a pokerstars account over 12 years and this is the first time an issue has arose when processing the withdrawl.

There was an anomaly with my details which they have asked me to explain.
I was asked to send an email with details etc. Problem is the email was a no-reply email. It did not give any indication where I should send my reply. I have sent replies to previous old support emails, new support email address and through the client.

It has been 7 days since I made my first reply and 3 days since I made my last reply.

I have not received any communication from stars.

My account is not frozen and I can still play with funds left in account.

I believe my issue will be resolved when someone looks at it, but because It has been a week since i sent my first reply and I am yet to receive a response.

I am not sure if I should just be patient and chalk it the slow response to the pandemic or should I keep pressing for an acknowledgement of my email.

Thanks in advance!

Depending on the nature of the issue it could take a week or two to sort out.

They normally acknowledge receipt if you ask them too.

Log in client Help button on the right. Then Contact Us on left and hit the contact button on middle of page.

Choose most relevant category and sub category for issue. If live chat is available it will pop up as shown below if not there is an email button. I recommend live chat as it is easier. If not available send them an email ask them for an update and confirmation that they got your emails. They respond within 48 hours.

You can get same from website https://www.pokerstars.com/help/. Just log in page and hit contact us on the right and the same form as above will come up.

Thank you for the detailed response. I was able to make contact through chat support and have the issue sorted under 10 minutes.

Account has been re verified and with drawl now processed.
