Good afternoon. .this week I played three tournaments in the SS club ,with one time I took first and third place ..the fact is that in total I earned$ 31 on the account of poker stars ..21 of them left the game and didn't play one tournament ,put$ 10 in the output ..I was refused writing that the money is my bonus account and I have no right to withdraw them..please tell me why the SS money can not be withdrawn and they consider them a bonus ? Their answer.

They care avout noney won at freeroll because you have to rollover it and generate RAKE for them.
I always withdrawed from PS with no problems making a orevious deposit on it to can withdraw to the same chanell, like a two way road.
Play some tourneys with buy in and make more money. GL.

I advice you to learn and read about how to manage you bankroll , you can find many threads about it in CC . That will really helps you not to lose all your bankroll in very short time .

They are afraid of money laundering, that s their biggest fear , that s why some transfers must be rolled over and you must play them to get the money .

The freerolls are set up as marketing to get players in to play on the site. They want those players to play on the site and generate rake for the site. I know you want to get those funds now, but proceed with the amount of rollover they want and you can cashout. Also if you play well you will be cashing out more later. Good luck.

You do not understand, there are no active bonuses ..they think the money I won in the CC Freeroll is their bonus . To win back the$ 10 and withdraw,play for$ 50 ..it's not normal .

I did not play any 'turnover'.

As support tells you that your credit is bonus related: suggest to ask support politely to explain what bonus they are referring to, as you cannot find any yourself. Also mention that the credits are winnings from CC FRC.

I have never withdrawn money from winning a freeroll club. but I think you need to increase the bankroll by 2 times. I'm trying to win that I try to increase my bankroll. then to play at a high rate .... I can't (I'm learning to play! thanks CC !!!

I am polite but this room does not deserve such an attitude, since 2015 it has fallen into disrepair..not only that, their bonuses are almost gone ,the money is for so people are removed,the rake does nothing except empty chests with garbage ..so even a small thing that not allow withdrawal from his room ..in December and January blocked twice,both times requesting scans of documents ..blocked when withdrawing funds..circus..

It happened yesterday, I finished third ..put the conclusion in the night ..I was refused a withdrawal ..on Wednesday I also took 1st place..I was delayed with the conclusion but I voluntarily canceled it ...the letter I was told today that your money is considered a bonus and they need to be wagered, they can not be withdrawn ..I don't think that's right ..

It must be something else the Cardschat Freeroll tournaments are real money prizes. You are allowed to withdraw the winnings with no requirement.

You must have took a bonus or something. Did you use a star code recently or made a deposit using a bonus code. Check your transaction tab in cashier page.

Yeah, that is something beyond our control. You will need to talk to support about it and ask why you can't withdraw. Were you just trying to withdraw the $20.45 you won in the freeroll?
