Poker cash out

I have trouble cashing out because i win a lot of money very fast. Too fast that i feel i didnt really get to play very much poker. Whats a tip some use to cash put when winning hundreds of dollars within 10 mins to 45mins timing. Im a good poker player. Texas hold em or Omaha i keep playing when i should cash out but i dont get as much fun playing justva little bit. I love card games an playing against real people

every time you win big so fast , take a drink break or toilet break. even 5 mintues break will make you think about that cashing out whcih is good for long term
