Not being able to withdraw from PokerStars

Hi,

first of all, sorry if this thread already exists. I tried searching for one and didn't find any.

Recently, tons of people from Estonia- many of my friends and I included- can't withdraw money from pokerstars for the simple reason that we are asked to upload our documents to verify the accounts (although some of us have played on the site for years and have already done that), and after doing so, we will not even get a reply. Most of the people have waited for weeks, some even longer than a month.

Has anyone got any idea about what's going on? Does this happen for players from other countries aswell?

I have always found Stars customer service better than average. Have you tried emailing them and if you have, email again with "Second Request" in the headline...usually gets some attention. Good luck to you.

I have the exact same problem, did you find any solution? For me the support is sending me always the same answer over and over again.

2,5 weeks later still no update so i imagine you are able to withdraw now right :hmmmm2:
Obviously if patiently waiting for answer couple weeks (if not month) dont help then you can always send Stars support in Twitter DM asking them to speed up and NOT use 888s snail speed anymore - that way you should get answer in couple days ...
Btw you didnt need to (re-)verify account - just screenshot of your payment method was needed because of some new our country´s regulations (whatever they were) :bebored:

Maybe they just got a big back log of tickets since this new requirement for account verification has been implemented. Anyway good thing you got your account verified now mate.

hi there mate, I've recently made withdraw from pokerstars for first time ever. So here you'll need two verification for both account (which is by your ID) and another one for withdrawal request. They ask for your recent bills, bank statement or some of other documents (they usually send details, if not I can send you their entire mail so let me know) which has your name and address on it. And this one shouldn't be older than 3 month.
To be honest, I never experienced any delays with their feedbacks because I was talking with them through live chats. So I recommend you to get in touch with them directly from live chat on client's *Help section. There you choose withrawal assistance and you'll find someone to help you in around a minute. They will check your withdraw process and will inform you about anything needed. One important thing here's make sure you filled all of your account infos with exact same as your ID and bills. Especially your address line. Because I also didnt wrote it accurately and that was the problem why my request took so long. I havent got any idea about it neither I couldn't edit my infos because of my pending withdraws. So you should ask someone from the team on live chat so they will handle it for you easily. Also, you might still get lot of mails about your verification so make sure these aren't yet mean anything because it's auto mails sometimes which has nothing to do with your withdrawal review. Once it's all verified and the review is done you'll get mail says the amount xxx transfered to your card/bank account etc.

I was always afraid of this, but I didn't get a single chance yet to withdraw my money, because it has to be a minimum of 50$ and I don't have that :(

I and my friends do not have such a problem, the reason for such checks is usually active transfers of funds between player accounts.

You probably dont know it then but our country has been ineligble for p2p transfers in stars for as much i know (therefore probably forever) ...

I am from Venezuela and it happened to me last year, they asked me for documents even though I have been playing for many years. Get in touch with them through social networks, so you can get a faster response about this problem

Glad you got your WD taken care of.

In their defense I have seen improvements. They took the Aurora Graphics problems serously and although it took a while they got this sorted out.

Also you can get an agent to chat with by using HELP in the client now.

I have not been able to withdraw from Pokerstars for about a month, starting in April 2021.

When withdrawing funds, pokerstars ask for the documents for which the account was opened, they need to make sure that you are an adult.Document can be sent directly in the client, after verification, your funds will be sent to your specified account.First of all, funds will be withdrawn in the same ways that they were credited earlier, when making a deposit.

I deposited with Iterac E-transfer. Does that mean that I can withdraw only with that method?

If you made several deposits in different ways, then the funds must first be withdrawn using the oldest payment method, and then you can go to the last used methods and / or new wallets, if you have such a need.

Hi!Everything is simple the world does not stand still and the usual procedures should not frighten you.Now there are massive checks of accounts and, accordingly, the workload of responses from the support service.I went through this verification myself -it took me three weeks.Now everything is in excellent access.And I make a withdrawal on Webmoney.Nothing is impossible-everything is in your hands as always.Good luck!

I deposited only with interac e-transfer every time.
