Hi All,

I've decided to give this English Teacher in Thailand thing a go, and would like to play on pokerstars to make some cash on the side while I'm there. I understand that I'll need a proof of residence to sign up for the site, and I'll need a Thai bank account to cash out.

Now, how will I be able to make deposits? Being from the USA eWallets like neteller and skrill are not options, correct? Can I use entropay? I would rather use a cheaper option, but if that's all I can do, then I guess I'd be forced to use Entropay...unless any players wanted to spot me lol.

Plenty of USA players are in Thailand right now, so they must be depositing somehow. Yet I can't find any info on this through the multitude of Google searches I've run. If someone who has done this can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

some banks here in the united states won't allow you to use your bank account, and you can not even use a credit card .to put money in your poker account. because of the government is trying to shut down some sites. i think poker stars and full tilt you are not allowed to play for cash in the United States. If I remember right. My bank won't even let us use are bank card to join VIP membership for WPT poker. it's just depends on how the poker website takes the money from your account. if it says any thing about poker forget about it. even though it's legal in the state of Ohio. you can go to WPT and you find the page that gives you the states that allows you to play poker online to win prizes and money.
