If You play from Europe , you can make a Deposit via skrill .

Good question, I am also struggling with a similar problem. I also have the same payment options from Europe. Why it is neteller? if you can no longer open an account there, and why no Skrill? Anyone know anything about this?

Method available would depend on your country, just need to check your cashier page as to which options are available to you.

If you are non-US then an ewallet like Neteller or ecoPayz would be best option.

If in US then Cryptocurrency like bitcoin is best bet.
