Imagine this situation: you accumulate $ 530 in your bankroll over a very long time to play WCOOP with a $ 1 million guarantee. And now the cards are dealt, you can't wait to start the game, when suddenly the inscription appears: "The game is interrupted."

This is exactly what happens when there are technical problems with the stars. Then there are two options for the development of events: either the start will resume after a while.

But what about the buy-in you spent on this event?

How
to Refund Your pokerstars Canceled Tournament Fee To receive compensation for a canceled tournament, please contact PokerStars Support. at support@pokerstars.com . In the subject line, you must indicate:

REFUND: T # XXXXXX, $ a + b, User ID,

where XXXXXX is the tournament number, a + b is the tournament buy-in (for example, $ 50 + 5), and User ID is your PokerStars username.

Example: "Request for compensation, T # 675834910, 100 + 5 dollars, Petrarch"

They compensate you automatically no need to contact them. I have been playing there for 12+ years I never had to message them for compensation on an interrupted or cancelled tournament.

I hope that first line is only hypothetical as it would be very horrible use of your hard earned bankroll. If there is one thing about Pokerstars that separates it from the rest of the rooms is that there is always a boat load of satellites and ways to get into their big tournaments for much less.
