Help with Pokerstars Funds

Hey there community,

I have stopped playing poker a while ago actually and just wanted to move my funds from the pokerstars.es platform. Looks like my account has beenz frozen there for 3 months now, due to missing verification.

Well...

I have mailed them my verification details 3 times now already, with no answer from support other than "Sorry, we have unusual laod of support tickets - please wait". This was 1 1/2 months ago.

I'm really close to just giving up and letting them have my money, although I really badly need it for moving into my new apartment.

So what can I even do? I feel like messaging them and asking for verification will only prolong the situation. Is there any phone number or representative that I could message directly? I mean waiting 2-3 weeks okay I could get that, but 3 months?

Just let me have my money...

this is not a very pleasant situation, someone else had such problems? how is this even possible !!! you play on your own money and you can’t take them away, I think this is not a respectful attitude to people !!! (

I dont know any other way except mail and live chat but maybe some other member will help you with that. I say keep bugging them everyday, they are truly greedy but dont let them have your money!!

All you can do now is wait. The process of verifying your identity may take 1-2 months.

You have waited 3 months for verification?! WOW that is a lot longer than I would ever wait. I wouldn't be so nice with them myself, 1 week is more than enough time to wait for verification. After that I would give them a deadline of when it needs to be sorted by and inform them that if it isn't sorted by that date then I would be escalating the issue with the gambling Commission (not sure who regulates them where you are).

Two weeks ago, my account was verified. It took just over two months. So be patient and wait.

Thank you for the tip, I might just do that because I didn't receive any answer until now.
How can this even be legal to hold funds in the value of a monthly salary and don't even reply back to my mails?
It's been nearly 4 months now and I feel like I don't have any power at all...

Where can you look on your account to see that you've been verified once you have submitted documents?

Pokerstars does not have a phone number.

You can use live chat or support form on the client.

They will respond to you in less than 48 hours.

Sometimes you have to keep bugging them for them to sort you out. They should not take more than 2 weeks to get your account verified once your documents are in order.

I have luckily never had a situation like this with them, all of my queries and concerns have been sorted out almost instantly or in 2-3 days.

Contact the support team pokerstras on Twitter, it worked for me, they didn't answer my emails in weeks and through Twitter they answered and solved me @support

The same thing happened to me! Through the poker platform support email you will be able to redeem your Money.

you need to make a very brief email stating every specific detail of your case and ask for urgent response and ask them what more they need from you to quicken the response or process of your case, if no response try several customer service email on the site to ask help and state the same reason you did the first time.

I'm ****ing done with this shit. I have emailed them 7 times, tweeted their support 2 times and still no answer. Only thing I received was 2 months ago a mail that things were delayed and I should wait. I even had to cancel my vacation now because I don't have the money that I needed :S

I've opened a complaint for AskGamblers as a last resort, as this helped some people.

Shady Shady practice. They should fkn invest some 50k in 200 Philippino support workers who could answer atleast the mails with their millions of dollars of profit.

I have had great difficulty with them, and I believe they even have a rep on cardschat, but is of no help... I had to embarrass them on their facebook site and on twitter... you have to launch a smear campaign.
