Hey all. I keep seeing all these posts about trying to make deposits to the poker sites. I tend to make more withdrawls than deposits :) . I had a decent sum of money in neteller which I attempted to withdraw from them today. Hopefuly it goes through in a timely manner. I am a little worried because their site says that ther are having trouble processing withdraws to US players. I guess I'll just keep my fingers crossed on that one.

My 2nd concern is the money I have at Stars. How can I withdraw it? Their FAQ says you can only withdraw using the same method you used to deposit. Since I deposited through Neteller, that is obviosly not an option. I have sent them an email regarding this but was hoping someone here knows the answer. I need to take my online bankrolls down to an amount I dont mind losing if all options for withdraw are blocked.

I'm honestly not sure how banks could possibly block cheques from any of the poker sites. From what I've seen, the cheques that poker sites send have absolutely no reference to gambling what-so-ever. Not even on the attached receipts that come with them. The cheques are just as likely to be a payment from a friends offshore bank account as they are from online gambling. In fact from my experience it's hard enough to work out what bank they are being sent from, let alone who is actually sending them.

Here the answer I got from pokerstars. I think Ill try having them send me a check.

Hello Josh,

Due to recent events, effective immediately, NETeller is no longer
processing transactions for U.S. players, including cashouts.

As a result, your NETeller cashout has been rejected and the funds
placed back in your PokerStars account. Please note that any cashout you
make will no longer go back to your NETeller account, you are free to
cashout via alternative methods.

We offer the following alternative cashout method:

- Cheques

If you'd like to receive a cheque directly from PokerStars, we process
them four times per week (Monday through Thursday). Any cheques over
$1,000.00 will be sent via courier at no extra cost. Cheques under
$1,000.00 are sent via regular mail, but can be sent via courier at a
cost of $25.00 if a player emails us and requests it.

Cheques sent via courier usually arrive in 1-3 days after they're
processed. Cheques sent via regular mail can take up to 15 business
days to arrive.

- ePassporte

You can also try ePassporte. This option allows you to sign up for a
virtual visa card which can easily be funded through your regular Visa
or mastercard. You can also transfer funds into your ePassporte
account using your bank account.

Once the virtual card is loaded you may transfer funds to and from
PokerStars from the ePassporte option in Cashier.

The signup procedure can be done in a matter of minutes. This option
is very convenient for players who wish to keep track of their
purchases with their credit or debit card.

After making your first ePassporte deposit, you will be able to
withdraw additional funds using this method.

- Wire Transfers

Larger cashouts ($1,000 or more) may be able to be done by Wire
Transfer, directly to your bank. For details, please email us at
support@pokerstars.com.

We have prepared a list of other frequently asked questions for
NETeller related issues and posted on our web site at:

http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/real-money/neteller/faq/

We apologize for any inconvenience, as this is a decision taken by
NETeller and as such, beyond our control. Please remember that your
funds remain safe at PokerStars. All player funds are kept in a
segregated account in a major European bank, and are accessible to you
at any time.

Regards,

Marvin

Lol Kenzie Ive been really busy. Believe it or not I was on call and worked 133 hours last week. The cold weather was making all our water mains break. As far as the irate husband thing I'll PM ya an interesting development in that situation when I get a chance, lol.
