The only method I use is neteller once the 3 day elapses I get my payment processed very quickly usually with in a few hours.
Note though to make a withdrawal request you need to have a verified account. You could verify your account before making request that way when ever you are ready to make withdrawal request you are good to go. It took a little over a week to get my own verified.
