Hello.​
I wanted to get your opinion because
I don't have much in common with cryptocurrencies and their understanding is rather weak.
I wanted to make a deposit at CoinPoker today.
Something went wrong and I don't know what happened anymore.
I paste a conversation with a support representative who couldn't explain why I can't get my money back.
Maybe some of you can explain to me where the problem is?​

Rather a scam. Or the guy is a complete moron. I am also a moron because I was blinded with anger and I did not think what I was doing. We'll see, I am still waiting for the return of the original transfer (supposedly up to 3 business days). By the way, I have another question, namely support via Telegram because of course the chat does not work and probably never worked.
This form of support seems unprofessional and maybe even frivolous.
