I know how to cancel a withdrawal on the Transaction History page if it's still listed in the last 10 transactions but what do you do if the request is a week old and no longer visible.
Sending an email to Support won't help either as there is a backlog of emails to be checked also.
I just want the money back in my account so I can play.
