i have emailed them and been given the run around saying the proof isnt legitimate enough i dont understand how. i have sent money this way before the exact same way and all has been fine. they say the transaction was rejected and they cant accept it without a official document from moneygram. my hope is by posting here someone higher up maybe reads this and i can receive some sort of help besides being told the same thing over and over.
