888poker Withdraw to neteller

More than 5 times, I used to withdraw to neteller in 888poker room
But today when I try withdraw i didn't find the option that withdraw to neteller .. just withdraw by transfer to bank
I didn't make withdraw 5 months ago or deposit
Anyone can help in this,please?

I did not know that poker888 had eliminated Neteller withdrawal options, but Neteller is one of the most used withdrawal options in Latin America, ACR also retired Neteller withdrawal options a few months ago, I don't know the reasons, possibly someone else here in the forum explain it
