HERO: ?

My first thought here is he's trying to steal the pot. I'm the second biggest stack after him... AK is a drawing hand, but they are suited (3% chance more, yey!).

Call to see the flop? Reraise? If yes, how much?

Call to see a flop. hit ace bet out. hit king check 2 see their bet. If you feel like gambling JAM. In these tournaments just play pairs only avoid AQ,AJ,AT etc. and dominated hands like QJs. The supply of quality hands is high just play pairs only. Any pair

Depends what you want.
Agree that it looks like a re-steal.
Realize that villain might have hud stats on you.
Due to stack size, villain might only fold when you become pot-committed (or go all-in).
To reduce risk, you might as well call and hope for a flop with an A or K.
Another approach is that you are likely ahead, so you can go all-in.
