It amazes me ACR SB and BOL were scrapped so we could fit in five states to play online tournaments.
It has for me meant playing more money games on these sites because I have reasonable banks to do so.
Other US states and those around the world who don't have cash betting banks must be missing out.

If Michigan pools with other states, I might move there (I'm only 3 miles away in Indiana). Would love to play mixed games online for meaningful stakes again besides just stud and omaha 8 on ACR. I miss draw games online.

It’s only a matter of time before this happens IMO.
Current estimate is within month.

Michigan officially joined the interstate collective - but it’s not officially connected yet.

WSOP just launched last week (MI only for now) but it’s still awesome

Nice. Hopefully interstate gets launched by then.

I really like wsop's platform - but so far the population feels a little light in comparison to the alternatives.

We've only got WSOP here in Nevada. Can't say it's really an improvement from playing on the unregulated sites available in California, but I do have confidence I'll see my money again. I always have this fear in the back of my mind playing on unregulated sites. PTSD from Black Friday and such. But it seems like the DOJ has better things to do that steal our money again.

The games on WSOP are good, but there's not a ton to choose from and there's no hand histories. I don't care about not having a HUD, but not having the interesting hands marked for the replayer is awful for both studying and video making. And the software has bugs and looks ugly. But I can swing by the casino whenever I want to withdraw or deposit in person, which is pretty cool.

The only effective way to prevent HUDs is to either have anon tables - OR - don’t allow hand history to be downloaded.

At least WSOP is interstate.

Hopefully in a few months Michigan gets added and even more players / games.

They legalized online sportsbetting in CT but no poker so the prohibition continues here!

You can play the lottery online in my state but not online poker. Online poker sites need to up their bribery game.

I am in NE Florida, so no regulated online poker for me.

The closest poker room to me is BestBet Jacksonville, but that is about an hour south and a place I only visit on special occasions. If friends are in town and want to play, we will get a hotel room down that way and make an evening out of it.

It feels like sports betting is going to become legal down here, so maybe that is a step toward online poker. I don't get why the federal government doesn't make it legal at this point, as it will only bring increased tax revenue for them.

It's cool though, as there are CardsChat freerolls every day!

Here in CT we do NOT have online poker. We did recently, within the past year allow online casinos and sports book
We can use Fanduel, in conjunction with Mohegan Sun, and Draftking with Foxwoods. There is another partnered with the CT Lottery.
POKER STARS did at one time partner with Mohegan Sun for the North American POKER Tour. Hope they will agaion.
I miss foxwoods first place I started playing live poker back in 2006

No, unfortunately. Almost every state allows betting on horse races, buying lottery tickets and sports betting online but not poker. That's seriously messed up.
