Tracking Support Reference number

well i really need help about something. i have an issue with 888 poker , So i want to contact them with email . When I contact them and submit my question , I get a confirmation email that 888 has received my question and will answer me asap and I also get a reference number Incase I want to track it . Well that s why I want to do , I have not receive an answer yet , and I want to track the reference number . Someone knows how to do that ?

Sorry if my answer is irrelevant but I think that you can't track your email. This number is only for their database. Unfortunately 3 days+ is the normal response time period for 888 to reply any question or for any withdraw you request.

Nothing you can do, I guess, if this is company's policy!

I don't know , but I think nothing will change if you track it down haha. Maybe if you want to refer again your problem to the CS, something like a shortcut? I would like to know too the purpose of those numbers

I do not know how to do this, but I know how irresponsible the 888 support service works. Sometimes, I was waiting for answers from them within 10-12 days !!!
In my opinion, this is the worst work of the support service that I have been contacting.

To be honest , I contact them, they answer in 48 hours MAX 72 hours . When the ddos attacks happened in 888 , I contact them about an issue , it took 5 days to get an answer . I don t have a problem with them about the time to answer because I always get an answer MAX 3 days . There is a topic here in cardschat if u want to contact 888 they answer very fast .

The reference number is for them to keep track of the issue. Its not for you.
