Titan Poker: duplicate names.

I was playing in the 10k bonanza satellite and I noticed multiple names like XXX(2), YYY(2)..etc. This to me reads like the same person is playing in the same tournament multiple times. Am I wrong? I am going to send their support an email regarding this depending upon the responses here.

Yes tournaments like this allow multiple entries on Titan.

Some tournaments allow multiple entries, read the info in the tournament lobby, it should explain if that is the case.

You can re-enter 3 times if you lose all your chips that is why they are marked 2 and 3.

This is a regular re-entry. Nothing special. This feature is available in many tournaments at various sites.

The 10K monthly bonanza tournament you can have up to four entries or the option to rebuy three times. If you happen to make it to the final table with two entries both chip stacks combine into one. The software is setup so that you can never be playing with two entries on the same table and only one Ipoker site is allowed to run on desktop/laptop.

I accidentally signed up for the same tournament twice. This was the $250 exclusive and my name had shown up as Polytarp and Polytarp(1). Certain tournaments at Titan like the monthly bonanza allow for four (4) simultaneous entries into the same game. This information is stated in the "properties" section of the tournament structure. This is not the same as getting a re-buy and re-entering a game after getting wiped out.
