There are different ways to play
Spin is faster both to win and to lose. Cash game is unlimited for both winning and losing. MTT is the most recommended for beginner levels, as it is long term with low bankroll swings

Cash games in general are more suitable for the life of a professional poker player. The income here is more or less constant and uniform, as well as more flexibility and opportunities to manage your time. You should understand that poker is a permanent and long–term grind. Being a professional, you will have to win back a huge number of hands and hours, meeting a lot of upstreaks and downstreaks on your way. Therefore, if you want to really succeed in this game, you must play the format that will bring you more pleasure in order to smooth out negative emotions as much as possible, without which poker is simply impossible.

Most of the time I'm in the mood for something quick and very engaging, so I've started playing KO heads-up zoom tournaments on PS more and more often.

It's pretty good if it's your thing - two knockouts are almost money back already.

Hello
mtt is the best way to make money at a distance, and other types of games if you are good at them if you have dividends

Which one do you think is best to get great benefits?

I would say mtt's for sure. I have made more profit with cash games, but I don't like to play cash games. It's purely "ripping off" the opponent, but I still see a challenge in the tournaments. Besides, with tournaments you can win a lot even with little investment.

Don't mind spin if you get free tickets for it, but other than that it's too much of a lottery! You're all under pressure to play a lot more hands than you would like to because the blinds increase so quickly. You can't just sit there and wait for a top-20% pre-flop hand. MTT are great because you get to ease into it and they are good fun. Some last for several hours which isn't ideal if you're on a deadline however. Cash games are great if you only have 30 minutes...an hour...you can real build your bankroll in this time too. (or lose it)

There's a very high luck factor involved at the spins (and goes) though we find some space to apply skills; It's fun.

Cash games, to be a winner you need lots of experience, skill and to be cold as ice;

MTT, comparing to cash games, you don't lose much, i.e. you do not compromise much your bankroll but the buy ins.
I play all of them, but the first, seldom and small stakes; same the second. I stick most with MTT.
For experience, all counts on, cash and tourneys they complement each other.

It is thanks to MTT that poker has become so popular. It is in these tournaments that you have the opportunity to win hundreds of times more than the entry fee (buy-in). The vast majority of single-table tournaments are played in the SnG format: the tournament starts as soon as the required number of participants is reached (depending on the size of the table). Otherwise, the game follows the same principles as in MTT, SnG is their kind of mini-analogue. Each player will defend exactly his favorite game, and he is, in general, right. Some people like the possibility of winning large amounts in MTTs, some people like the convenience of a single-table tournament format, and some people prefer the variety and creative process of cash games.

Cash is arguably the most profitable but also the easiest to get taken in. It's also a grind. If you primarily play cash then table selection is the most important skill to master. Unless you can find tables with weak players it's going to be tough to make money. Unfortunately with things like Zoom or fast poker a lot of those players now play in those as it's quicker action, but you often have to be hyper aggressive to come out ahead in those games and there's learning curve.

I personally prefer tournaments if I have a long enough block of time to play them. The more players the better at lower stakes, at higher stakes I prefer tournaments with less players and a higher chance to reach the final table because that's the only real way to make money in tournaments. You won't get a large cash that often. But so long as you can tread water in between big scores you can do well there. You just have to not overextend yourself. Make sure you can afford many buy ins at the level you are playing, because it's easy to go through long draughts without a big score.

While I enjoy playing sit and goes and spin and goes they are a tough way to make money. When I do play them I often will just play some quick stints at the hyperturbo (flash) spin and goes on pokerstars. But it's such a crapshoot. The only way you can make decent money on those is buy hitting the longshot rewards pools and I've played around 45k spin and goes on there grinding and I've never once had higher than a 25x. I have a friend whose probably played about twice that many though and hit the big jackpot twice though, so it does happen. But I think if you are going to do those you have to be willing to grind a ton of hands and be fine with just treading water and small wins with a lot of variance until you eventually do get lucky. It's fine for a fun distraction or in short stints but it's pretty much pure luck of the draw on those.

SPIM's time is very short, it will be good if you're lucky, you can't plot a game strategy.
Cash is very good for those who have a lot of stacks and go there and play for a while, like raising money to participate in a certain tournament.
Tournaments by themselves are longer and the losses can be smaller and the profits bigger, you can define a game strategy, but you will also need luck.

I like to play mtt's and cash, only cash I usually play is 6+ holdem because of action, mtt's might be tough because you need proper bankroll management. Even if you are pretty good player, you can easily make mistakes when you get a little bit tilted so your mental game needs to be the on top too. For beginners it might be easier to play cash games because you can leave the table whenever you want and if you make mistake then rebuy is an option, for mtt's this thing doesn't work, if you bust you bust.

I love Tournaments and S&G satellites, and the Spin & Gos are good and I get used to watching Neymar Kick-Off.
