It depends on the style and current state of the player. You can alternate. I play mtt and spin at the same time to keep myself in good shape if the tournament is not interesting, and I need a more intense game. If I'm tired, I concentrate only on mtt. You need to focus on yourself, because general strategies do not work.

Over the past years, I've been playing cash games, DON/Fifty50 and Spin & Go at low stakes. And they bored me a lot. Now I'm starting to play MTT. In my opinion, there are a lot of recreational players in the MTT even in mid-stakes. And for sure MTTs provide the most excitement.

I don't like spin-n-go. It is very difficult to play them for profit. As for the other two, I prefer to play cash games. There is no reference to time, I can play for half an hour, an hour and leave. There is no such possibility in MTT.

That depends on the time, background and in which type of game you consider that you are better. There are players who are very good and despite that they do better in one type of game than another. What is better for some is not for others.

I hate spin, it is just a gimmick to maximize profits for the site.
MTT are nice but realistically to need to be making final tables or at least top two tables to really make good profit. And getting to this point consistently is very difficult.
Cash is where the profit can be, and it is where people will play to make money, it takes lots of dedication, study, experience and good bankroll management to achieve this.

This is super easy bro it's the mtt. Spins don't offer much value over the long run. In fact it's the worst stats for me $5 spin and go, blasts. Definitely in the minus. Cash well this can definitely be beneficial but again over the long run it might not be so much. Now mtt if you can make the top 5% often enough you can quickly profit. Min cashing can be profitable 📈 as well but takes much more time. But when you final table and win a few your going to make a huge profit so for that reason this is right answer

Which one do you think is best to get great benefits?

I dont think you should play spins unless you have really studied the format. The sustainable ROIs are probably much lower than other sng variants.

I think it will depends of your style of play. Personally, I don't like spin'gos because for me there so much luck involved. I prefer MTT's, but I also play some cash games, specially omaha tables.

I think it's better to look at the spectrum: - what do you like more - which game is more suitable for your style of play. For profit, I don’t consider spin at all. because the dispersion is very high and the down-streak can be long.

I like to play MTT (more fun to me), but i make more money on the Spins with 3 people and i'm very very bad at cash games!

I prefer MTT. Spin and go - too fast tournaments. There are, of course, large multipliers, but very rarely. And this is logical.
And MTT with a low limit, in any case, allow you to increase the buy-in many times over. Moreover, the probable winnings are immediately visible in the lobby without "spins".

It really depends on how much time you have to play. In cash games it is necessary to have a little more time to get to know the players at the table and how they play, in tournaments, due to the time that the blonds go up, it is necessary to maintain a strategy and adapt as the tournament takes place. In both it is possible to make profits, but it depends a lot on your available time and your game level.

I kind of like to alternate. I feel like the spins increase my experience at the end of a final table type scenario which I definitely need more practice at. It also depends on how much time I have to play.

I like to play spin, I don't have a lot of time so this is the perfect game for me. It's not a lottery, you play with a 33.33333% chance of winning and sometimes you win big.

Learn one of the game format and stick with it. the more you play and study that format the higher the chance you get better at it.
