I don’t know I don’t have the patience to sit and play, I often go to ++++ but then I want to go faster and faster and I go and lose everything. The time for poker is different, depending on what games you play, it depends not on your skills but on the tournament itself.

Composure is what you looking for. And not just when you play poker, get used to it in daily tasks as well.
