"Regular" Hold'em vs Zoom Hold'em

Hey guys!
Which do prefer to play 3-4 tables at the same time NL holdem or zoom holdem and why?

I haven´t played Zoom Poker at 3 tables at the same time but I would imagine that this would be a bit stressful as you have to play all the tine and because there are no breaks between hands. Some people might even like this but if I am going to multitable I would play regular Holdem.

I prefer zoom tables because they are more dynamic + more hands to play and it's harder for opponents to adjust to you, but this is of course a matter of taste

I would prefer to play zoom hold'em as there is an opportunity to play with a large number of opponents.

I prefer regular tables, mainly because I have always found Zoom games difficult to beat.
