I have been playing poker for many years. and the more it becomes that some are dealt against all science and the rules of the game of poker. The longer I play, the more I feel cheated by the poker rooms. Playing live never the game plays like in the rooms. Often times, no tactic or knowledge of poker matters at all. do you think so too?

It seems to me that your game is just not working or is having some bad beats, but don't lose faith if you're playing correctly.

Games are tougher online than live in general. You also see a lot more hands per hour. Just focus on playing optimal poker and making the best decisions in each individual hand and if you're losing just move down until you grind your bankroll back up.

I don’t even know what to say) As for me, of course there is a difference between offline and online, but it’s not so wildly different) If you don’t succeed online for a very long time, but you win consistently live, then you are free to make a choice strictly in favor of offline poker)

I think live poker is different from online, specially because we play a lot more hands per hour in online than in live, also I noticed that players don't make so many wrong plays in live poker. I don't feel the same way you do by poker rooms, but I understand you. There are days that no matter how well we play, we are going to lose to "bad" players.

It differs about the same as driving a car and driving a simulator.

I think that live poker is different from online poker. If you play online you can play multitable and in live poker you play only one table. Other important aspect is that that feeling of playing poker in casino is different than play online at home 🙂

in live poker, there are also bad bits, as in online poker, maybe not so often, I don't want to blame the rooms for something, but sometimes when I look at online poker, it seems that the rooms themselves decide who to win or who to lose

Of course, online poker differs from live poker. In online poker, you cannot talk live at the table, and in online poker you can play at several tables at once. Also, the speed of the game is higher in online poker.

I've never played at a casino, but read a book about casino poker and it says if your an online player not to go to a casino as the pace of game is slower and live poker may not be for you.. plus i doubt i would play at a casino the regs prob know each other and i would get owned..

Well, yes, there is such a thing)), but this is basically such a game that goes on micro limits, in expensive games, high-stakes games, the game still goes on taking into account mathematics and strategy.

It depends entirely on what you mean that there are differences in online and live poker. When it comes to looking people in the face and not being able to do so in regular online poker, then yes, I would say that there are differences and also that because you sit right across from each other and then you might play a little more carefully, yes, I can well imagine that. But when it comes to poker, I think that there is very little difference between live and online poker. The same fish that exist in online poker can also be found in live poker. The same so-called impossible hands can be found online as well as in live. There is never a guarantee that when you start a tournament that you will win it and there is no guarantee that you won't get any bad beats and that applies to both variants both online and live. So in my eye, the only difference between live and online is that you can have a nice evening with other people in live poker, although of course you can also have a nice evening in online poker, but then more privately

Defintely wayyy different, if I acted like I act when I am at final tables online in real life, it would be a major tell. It is very hard to read good players accurately online.

It's different because online is much faster, you play much more hands per hour in online. And what else I think is different is the access. Online anyone can play with anyone. But weak players will not go to play live. In the other hand live you can play with players that are living in an area close to you. An amateur poker player from Europe will not go to play live in US

Many will try to convince you that there is no difference, but this is not true. Online is very strong, there are almost unbelievable parties. If you play a lot online, you will notice these yourself.

That's right, it hardly counts to have a long-term tactic during the game; it only matters to recognize the opponent and try to make the best decision at the right time. Playing online will never be the same as the beautiful experience of playing in person. On the other hand, and without contradictions, Internet Poker offers great opportunities and comfort, you just have to get the best out of each one of them!

I would say online can be harder. But for many newbies live they stand no chance in a professional live game. Poker is a very complex game where one can spot which cards you poses by the simple gesture someone can do, automatic traits that can tell a lot to someone who study such kind of psychology, or to make it simple he or they have a vast experience in professional poker game, where such trait can be very beneficial in love games especially.

In live poker, the 'HUD' depends on our perception. The only thing I think is the same (live/internet) are the rules! The dynamics, the reach of the hands, and more are quite different.

All online poker is based on the work of a random number generator. And this means that he has certain distribution programs for certain situations at the table. And, if you look closely at the hands, whether in tournaments or at cash tables, you will notice one important thing - the larger stack is dealt such cards that in 80-90% of the hands his hand wins, even if the player enters the game with complete crap. This is the biggest difference from live poker - it is dealt by a person and these hands are really random, that is, they are not programmed. Although there are bad beats, it does not depend on the size of the stacks of the players. That is why you will get the impression that you are being deceived in poker rooms and that is why online poker players try by any means to raise their stack several times relative to the stacks of opponents at the table.

I think it's all proportional, because if it's possible to play a much larger number of hands in online poker, bad beats will also come in equal proportion. The feeling of losing less in live is simply because the number of hands played is smaller.

It's a lot faster. How many tables can you play live simultaneously?
