Hello, i'm new on this forum and i don't speak english very well so, sorry for spelling mistakes.


I play poker a year and would like to know how to improve my mindset regarding bad bits, does anyone have any tips?

surely avoid bad bits. These can hurt

Bad beats? If that's what you're referring to, it takes some getting used to. They still have the potential to tilt me personally. I don't like them. But I'm trying to learn that they're just part of the game. Good luck to you! :)

Bad beats are going to happen in poker, so it's best to "prepare" for them. Never play any buy-ins or cash game with money that you can not afford to lose. I also like to take a short break when I feel my play worsening or when I lose to a bad beat. Just getting up and getting some fresh air or something to eat can help. 10-15 min break. You really have to have a sharp and strong mindset to play this game! Hope this helps and good luck!
