At first this question seemed a little lazy to me -after all just Google it- but once I Googled it myself it put a spotlight on how confusing the situation in within the US from state to state.

Apparently there are no specific laws against internet poker in Oklahoma, but, Oklahoma has really strict laws governing gambling in general.

So whilst there are no laws as yet specific to on-line poker the presumption is Oklahomans know it is illegal. However it is one of those Bible Belt contradictions because Oklahoma allows bricks and mortar casinos (Winstar is the biggest casino in the US?).

It's bizarre where some legislatures decide to draw lines and I am sure with a deeper dive it would become clear who has what finger in which pie- vested interests one way and another.

I agree that of course you can sign up at ACR etc.

However, simply by virtue of the fact anyone can register on sites outside of US Juristiction does not make them 'perfectly legal'?

If 'perfectly legal' can Oklahomans play on pokerstars?

Pokerstars is the one that doesn't allow that ...

Please go ahead and cite a single law on the books that says I cannot play online poker from my home in Oklahoma ... go ahead I will wait to laugh

I think you need to re-read my post...

"Apparently there are no specific laws against internet poker in Oklahoma...."

Perhaps you could explain why PokerStars cannot be played there? What about 888 or party poker?
