As an american, i just can't do it anymore online... too many questions.. too much risk. i am going to have to go to live only... for sustainable income. it makes me so sad.

Hi, I don't know if I understood correctly, but have you lost money in online poker?
Poker is difficult, if it were easy, everyone would quit their jobs to earn money playing poker all day.
The most important thing in poker is banking control, even the best poker players, have bad times and lose money.

I would not quit a job for playing poker all day. It would become very boring. Sitting all day long is not meant for everybody.

As I have mentioned in other threads I was a semipro 2004-2014 (half time).

I would NEVER recommend anyone to play online to earn an income if you are from a western country (or any country were you have to earn at least a couple of thousand dollars on average a month just to handle living expenses).

There is almost no traffic on 100NL and over plus we have bots, machine assistance, AI, collusion and a whole lot of other things to deal with.

It is LIVE poker that is the only way if you want to go pro - and that is also very difficult (but not impossible).

I have quit almost all poker myself now. Just play some cheap tournaments for fun.
