Thats terrible, worst is how they refuse to work with you when these mistakes are made. The one that is worst is BOL. They make the bonus complicated to get and they are not that good. Good luck in the future

that is unfortunate. any good site should refund your initial deposit if you never used it after you realized the code didn't work.
