I can not deposit via CC, and I can not buy bitcoin (opened 6 accounts and will not allow me to buy) This has become to much like work to try to deposit. So I give up. The damn communists in government win.

Open up a Coinbase account, then use a wallet to send from PayPal to Coinbase. Open a Blockchain account. Use a wallet to send BTC to Blockchain. Then use a wallet to send BTC to your site.

Withdrawals work in reverse. From Coinbase you convert the BTC into $ and then use a wallet to send to PayPal.

Sounds complicated, after you get past the learning curve it isn't too bad.
