I play low limits so I usually don't lose a lot, I advise everyone to play like this so as not to lose a lot of money from $2-20, you can safely play so as not to lose a lot of money for poker, these are trifles I think: I CAN'T laugh:

The biggest amount I lost playing poker was $350. It was a few years ago, when I was just starting to play seriously. I went to NL100 and lost everything in half an hour of play. After that, I started to learn how to play properly and not just play)

I'm only playing freerolls, eventually some big $1 tournament, without losses so far, the bankroll is just going up, but as the freeroll prizes are very low, unfortunately the bankroll goes up slowly, but with patience and determination I'll make it.

I dont really consider my losing sessions to be money "spend", since I am a long term winning player. Also the magnitude of a losing session should be seen in relation to your bankroll and the stakes you play. Early in my poker "career" I was playing cash games and once lost around 60$ out of my 160$ bankroll in a single session. This was rather painfull and caused me to tilt, take a one week break and then implement proper bankroll management, once I came back. These days I am playing tournaments with a 4-digit bankroll, and I sometimes lose something like 150$ in a day, but I have also cashed for more than 1.500$ in my biggest winning session. When I play SnGs, I usually win or lose less than 100$ in a day though.

I don´t pay more than $11, but i play many satellites and so i play big tournaments with $55, $109, $215

I always think: If i want to survive and win in the big tournament, i have to be able to win the satellite
