Sometimes I run myself into the dirt playing 20 to 26 hours in a row and it gets exhausting especially playing at the tables. I’m just curious how many hours you all play before you get tired, I was always told you can never tell the time at the casino and it’s definitely true. I stay at the tables for hours and I just forget what time of day it is, sometimes without eating. That’s the good thing about card rooms they serve you food even during the pandemic.

Well, it realy depends but I usually play around 5 hours.
Sometimes my grind goes very well on deep tourneys, then the play time goes over 7-8 hours.

I've never played more than 5-6 hours a day. Since I work the most part of the day.
So it would be nice to work as a professional poker player huh?

Ever since I combined nash-equilibrium pro-flop ranges into the solver I was able to calculate strategies I could safely rely on and trust to a safe degree. It wasn't long after that where my under standing of theory began to expand and grow ever more. I am grateful to be sure but bad bankroll management is why I am here. Let's hope this time around I can learn from my past mistakes.

Oh, and I spend most of the day studying spots but I'm starting to incorporate freerolls in now too. Poker is full time though, one way or another. Even if it means I have to work at Mcdonalds to fuel a starting roll. It's all for the love of poker.

After 2-3 hours, I get noticeably tired. You need to rest and have something to eat. During this period, the quality of the game noticeably decreases.

I usually don't play more than three hours a day, sometimes I spend that when I advance in a tournament.

I usually feel tired after 6-7 hours of play, I always need to take at least 5 minute breaks after 2-3 hours.

Depends on my mood. If I'm hyper I will play only a few games. If I'm relaxed and not really paying attention I will play all night long.

Online is more exhausting than live so I have to pace myself. HU and 6 max multi table takes more focus and concentration
Live play I play way less hands per hour and there’s food service. At home I have make sure I feed myself to keep my brain going

Depends on what you're playing.
If I play a cash game, I can play all day, 20 hours without a break.
If I play tournaments, the game usually lasts about 4 hours, depending on how far I go in the tournament.
That's why I like tournaments, they have a beginning and an end, and you can play cash endlessly.

I play one or two tournaments and that's enough for me. It all depends on the duration of the tournament and how well my game is. About two to three hours. I devote another couple of hours to watching the streams, where the final table games are analyzed

When I am playing online I find it much harder to have a long session. So far the longest cash game session I had online was for 1h 45min I am slowly increasing my endurance by pushing myself to play a little bit longer. However, when I am playing live I can really play for 18h and have stable focus but online I lose my focus very quickly since it’s so much faster and playing multiple tables drains energy quickly. I am not a tournament player but when I do play online tournament I can play a lot longer since there is a lot more motivation to push myself for a bigger win.

In the beginning, I was able to play poker for up to 8 hours. Currently, I only focus on specific games and tournaments and I think that on average, I play 4-6 hours a day.

I think it depends on how I feel that day or if I happen to be having good or bad luck. Some days I can go all day long. Some days I just want to play every hand and have no patience. I guess that's just one of the effects of A.D.D.

Well it depends on the session

Sometimes I play upwards of 30 hours per session it all depends how I’m running. If I have an opportunity to get a fast win then I like to leave ahead but if I’m running insanely good or bad I’ll stay to take advantage of a soft pool or leave to avoid loss due to tilt or fatigue.

I only play a couple of hours at a time, I find myself losing focus at that point. After a short break, say half an hour, I can go back to it then with better focus.
