Hello people! In my opinion, the distribution of the flop in online poker is not entirely random, and is based on a system that depends exclusively on the movement of the player, calculates (position, bet, blinds, 3bets, and time of resolution).
In this link is explained very well, you just have to pay attention to the words of minute 1:40 of this video, which explains the time and reaction of the user to decide the next card or random number!

I found that to be pretty interesting. Also note that part of algorithm is just one part, there are two other parts involved including a mechanical beam of light bouncing off a mirror which has some type of physics behind it.

At the tail end of the video came the question about bad beats and how people think their RNG must be flawed. The answer was very succinct in that he called it "selective memory". Using pocket Kings versus pocket Nines scenario with a Nine coming out on the flop and running to the river without another King on the board, the player holding Kings thinks he is always cheated. Never mind the other times that same player has won with the same hand 81% of the time, the player only remembers being beaten by a donk.

I found that video totally fascinating! Wouldn't it be cool to see exactly how that works in person? That's quite a set up they have, too.
