How do you keep from being bored?

eating food, scrolling internet, doing something else but not that needs my attention to not disturb my poker spirit. Something light, for sure not talking to other people, no other poker windows, maybe music, sometimes likkle spliff.

Honestly - I don’t. My only failsafe strategy is to fall asleep. My win rate goes way up when I do that, kind of a fringe benefit.

Mobile games , Simple and short mobile games keeps me away from being bored. Although have very little time to be bored. Always feels like i have so much work pending etc

For me, playing poker is never boring. At least in 6 years, I have never actually been bored. But I usually play only 3-4 hours a day.

I can say i almost never felt bored playing poker even when i played only one table, i believe most beggining players just play their cards and just pay attention when they are participating on the hand. If you start to pay attention all hands you can improve your game a lot thinking about actions , ranges, sizes... playing more than one table also can be more enthusiasthic

Maybe it can be boring, but you have to be able to focus on something else, there is not only poker in the world.
If you're bored with the game, you can do something else, it's not mandatory & expected to play even when you're tired of it all.
There is so much in the world besides poker...

Cash zoom, 2 tables game. It's not boring anymore. Relaxed patience and composure produce results.
And if someone is bored, there are other types of entertainment.

Usually to not get bored while I play poker, I try to listen to some music or watch some series on TV, but usually when I'm playing poker, I don't feel bored, on the contrary I feel active playing.
