I also got that freeroll ticket. I think orsino was that one who showed that you need to be part of Elite Club etc to get some other benefits ...

I was compensated with the freeroll ticket aswell. I also had wrote an email to support during the ddos attacks. I was trying to grind out my deposit bonus and asked for an extension for more days to make up for the days I lost... They comp'd me $10 cash and added a few days. This is great customer service, and this is why 888 is my favorite poker room. Hoping to have a good result in the freeroll this weekend.

It was good for you. I did loose $8-$9 because of DDOS attack but no complaints as I have great memories of 888.

Closed my account after years of depositing,round level ninety.I abused them over a long list of different ways of being robbed including a 6 player sng heads up winning by miles and it went back to five players with stacks changing accordingly...one of many!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Told them I would plaster it all over social media if they didn't compensate me,so they closed my account.miserable thieving cowards in my opinion,great customer service and security integrity aye triple whoever.sickens me to even think of the name.can you imagine how much time,effort and money it takes for someone living on a benefit to reach that level.the level of being cheated was phenomenal,blatant thievery in my opinion just like jokastars!both of them make me sick to the guts.

I also use my ticket. Things were going great until I run into a sick cooler. I have the AQ and flop a very nice Top two pair. Unfortunately I got stacked by the set of Jacks that fell down on the turn. This is a very hard tournament to acheive the prize. The pokerstars ddos compensation gave us multiple chances and the prize pool was very deep, with lots of smaller 11$ tickets. It was a very nice gesture of 888 to have this freeroll, they already offer more freebies then any other poker room I know of.
