Following Poker streams and players on Twitch

So i have a few people i follow for a variety of reasons and last night for example, i was watching Spraggy run deep on pokerstars in the WCOOP $1050 NLHM game - it was a good watch but its always interesting to see the mad players who play this beautiful game, irrespective of the stage of the tournament, i witnessed some bizarre gameplay and some very interesting and questionable calls or raises from the great man himself but the difference is - he does explain why which is always good for anyone wanting to take their game to a better level.

Do you watch Twitch and follow anyone, if so - who would you recommend?

Used to follow certain youtuber(s) previously but they havent been active there since forever (?) so unfollowing them was probably great idea lol ...
Nowadays i only follow one specific estonian channel (winTVlive) in twitch which usually streams daily basis playing casino slots and/or poker ...
Considering that their slogan is "Win TV is a channel that produces entertaining shows where the viewers always win and sometimes also the presenters." then it is not bad at all that they have daily offers on sites where they are going to play and during stream they usually give out some prizes aswell whether is it free spins/free tickets or something third and so on ...

I watch LexVeldhuis. At first I didn't understand his style, but once you get to know better what he is doing, it's fun to watch.

I try and play in the acr stormer games and ribby games on twitch but lately i been taking a beating in the stormer games same old regs in them so i should use my HUD but i dont.. so when i take a bad beating for a week str8 or more i usually take a lil break from them and start off fresh in a week or two.

I watch Spraggy and easywithaces, but unfortunately my favourite streamer xflixx isn't allowed to stream anymore, because of the regulations in germany.

I mostly watch Amouranth on Twitch. For those wanting to improve their game, I'd HIGHLY recommend that channel!

It depends on what you're looking for in a stream, if you want high production and just something to watch definitely stick with the 2K+ viewer streams like the big Pokerstars sponsored streamers you mentioned. If you want to watch professional players who engage with chat I'd watch Ebony Kenney, Jordan Banfield, Ryan Depaulo, and Ashley Sleeth (Streams on You Tube).

Personally I like the smaller recreational streamers as I get to see play at the stakes I play and they usually interact with their chat the most. Steamers like Riskitforabiscuit, BigMacPoker, BillyBingo, Rhinopoker, Crazysixes, etc...

The reason is that ai have reached the conclusion that ai learn nothing from these stream sessions , they are only for the show , to have fun . But rarely nowadays I might check a poker channel on twitch for some minutes , curiosity .

Really? The ones I am watching have been excellent! .. with the players going into quite detailed analysis of their thought process. I agree that many seem merely for entertainment value (ie. Spraggy, Lex... but I NEVER watch those ones).

I learn way far more by reading a book or an ebook or some notes , also videos , articles, threads for poker . But above all by watching online action real time at the tables , or watch some final tables replays . Watching a streamer has taught me almost nothing . At least this is my conclusion now . Is is fun sometimes to watch an online grinder , pro or no , but nothing more , at least for me . For fun I might check a poker streamer's channel nowadays , for some minutes , but no more .
