The MTT format - but hard to beat and be profitable as too much variance.​

I find it to be the most exciting format for both viewers and players as you play for trophies and money. But playing tournaments is the most risky way of maintaining cash flow as you can go a long time without a win or substantial win due to the high variance and luck factor ie need to win the coin flips. Tournaments can be profitable but not suitable to depend on as you can not expect a regular cash flow. One month you may be on top and next two months you barely score anything. FYI Daniel Negreanu had a 7 year tournament title drought. Good luck.

Poker-wise it’s probably NLHE MTT’s - either standard freezeout or PKO.

That’s only ‘to date’ though, starting to gain an interest in broader horizons recently rather than just totally fixated… 😄

My favorite format is freerolls. I play 3-4 days a week and mostly I play freerolls. Freerolls are a great way to increase your bankroll without any risk. In addition to freerolls, I also occasionally play in tournaments with buy-ins of $1-$2. My favorite site is 888.
