Do you wear protective glasses when you play?

I would like to know how you take care of your eyes on the monitor when you are playing online poker, since spending more than 4 hours in front of the monitor tires your eyes and they tend to redden. I usually wear goggles, but my eyesight gets tired anyway.

What recommendations do you have on the subject?

I use prescription sunglasses to reduce light as I get really bad migraines fairly easily. Both live or online (or even if just working on my pc). Only if I can feel one coming on though, it’s not every time.

I gave up wearing glasses years ago. I only play on-line and have little difficulty with the screen but reading small print, like on a recipe tonight, I found it a strain.

It's a matter of habit. I used to sit at the computer for a long time, 5-8 hours a day. This is not a problem for me, my eyes are used to such a load.

i play without glasses, i think when womeone playing with glasses, opponents get read that player is scared and has got lees expierence then others.

As much as the eyes are getting tired, spending valuable time outside helps me to balance the things in the right way.

I have always had good eyesight, but 3 months ago I was examined at the clinic and they told me that my eyes were drying out and I needed eye drops. I blew them and now everything is fine!

I wear my sun glasses playing online poker, cause the monitor is so bright. It seems easier on the eyes for myself, I use to play online poker without glasses. But with the new computer I bought the monitor is so bright, I started wearing glasses about a month ago when I got it helps me . Also eyes don't get sore from looking at the monitor.

I've been wearing sunglasses to play the CC freerolls, the guys clean it so much the table shines.
