Notayoungman, hello! I don't see the point in a four-color deck. I do not know why you would do that. Firstly, the closer the cards are to the real ones, the easier it is: you don't have to rebuild when you sit down to play poker at a real table after a long online game. Secondly, it will be difficult for you to play because your eyes will become more strained - even if you don't realize it, over time it will affect your vision.I just turned on four coloured deck for the first time tonight. I think I liked it. It was easier to quickly spot flushes. My worry is that if I get too used to it I won’t be as sharp during live play.
We have the same problem. Adding two more colours increases our challenge with observation of the cards.I cannot use 4 colour deck as I am colour blind. I can only tell the 2 red suits or 2 black suits from each other by symbol and 4 colour deck just makes this a little bit harder.
My worry is that if I get too used to it I won’t be as sharp during live play.
