Do You Fidget While Playing?

I put music while I play and sometimes I open facebook and click or chat, I only play 3 tables at a time

When I play poker, I don't want anything to fiddle with. I'm focused on the game.

Human is not designed to be totally still, this is bad for the health... I fidget with leg shaking or chin/face stroking commonly

When I play online, I try to get up and stretch every 15 minutes. If I am not playing more than one game at a time, I listen to music. When I play live, I try to remain as still as possible before I play in the hand. I may fidget after I fold. I try not to give away any tells in how I use my card protector, which I sometimes play with in between playing the hands.

Sometimes a work around the house or watch movies but there are times when im 100 % focus on the game

My fidgeting depends on the game.
Online - None - I am sitting back in my lazyboy recliner chair with my laptop. I watch television and play poker.
Live Home Game - no fidgeting - the homemade poker table is uncomfortable and I have to sit back and just fold my arms.
Live Casino Rooms - I lean forward on the comfortable padded arm rests and shuffle a few chips. Just can't manage the big stack shuffles like some players do.

Live I ripple chips or just talk to people.

Online I'm usually working and playing only freerolls/low stakes tornys to keep my math on point - so I'm usually slightly distracted while playing a table, thus, boredom isn't really an issue for me. Btw I don't suggest doing other things while playing it's counter productive.

If I'm playing just one table, normally I listen music... but in multitable I try just to play.

If I feel nervous, I do not start playing poker.
But during the game, I usually listen to music.
Music always helps me focus.

I usually have a deck of cards as well. Makes the time pass by. I practice either card sleights or new card tricks I have learned.

Yes. I fidget. I get excited and why not? Its online so no one sees me.
If I need to relax then I listen to music and look up things online like this forum or listen to Doug Polk. lol

Not soo much of fidgeting for me, but when it comes to a big hand I do get that sense of increased heart rate till it all comes down to the moment of reveal when there's been consistent raising.

I fidget spin at live poker.

No one has picked up my tell yet:
-Counter clockwise, I'm playing the hand
-Clockwise, I'm folding

Sometimes I throw them off even more by spinning 2 at the same time, in opposite directions.

I tend to blink and nod a lot so that everyone thinks I am insane.
