I normally always have a deck of cards in my hand or my rubiks cube whilst playing online. IT just gives my hands something to do.

When I play I sit comfortable and try to be as calm as I can.😀😁😑😀😁

when I play I watch a telly and try to behave calmly not to be nervous

When i play i only play but if i have some tilt)) i try something read or listen music to calm down

LOL, I thought you were going to say you had joined the fidget spinner craze and fidget with your spinner whilst playing poker.

usually I just listen to funny music while playing poker. but it also happens that I pounce on poker chips. it really calms

I watch movies while playing freerolls, only stopping at the final table stops the movie and try to focus on the game.

I fidget spin at live poker.

No one has picked up my tell yet:
-Counter clockwise, I'm playing the hand
-Clockwise, I'm folding

Sometimes I throw them off even more by spinning 2 at the same time, in opposite directions.

I notice that if the hands are busy, then my game is calmer

During the game I listen to radio or music.

When I start playing poker, I do not get very nervous, and I have an expander or a tennis ball in my hands, and this helps me not to be nervous and soothes me in the game!

Tv is usually on, a drink of course of some sort and maybe a snack food!

well at the beginning of the tournament you can watch TV, well, then tea and a cigarette.

I watch tv shows and a lot of movies while im playing

When I play poker, I don't want anything to fiddle with. I'm focused on the game.

Human is not designed to be totally still, this is bad for the health... I fidget with leg shaking or chin/face stroking commonly

When I play online, I try to get up and stretch every 15 minutes. If I am not playing more than one game at a time, I listen to music. When I play live, I try to remain as still as possible before I play in the hand. I may fidget after I fold. I try not to give away any tells in how I use my card protector, which I sometimes play with in between playing the hands.

Sometimes a work around the house or watch movies but there are times when im 100 % focus on the game

My fidgeting depends on the game.
Online - None - I am sitting back in my lazyboy recliner chair with my laptop. I watch television and play poker.
Live Home Game - no fidgeting - the homemade poker table is uncomfortable and I have to sit back and just fold my arms.
Live Casino Rooms - I lean forward on the comfortable padded arm rests and shuffle a few chips. Just can't manage the big stack shuffles like some players do.

Rubies cube? I've been battling that thing for years now!!! Barely starting to see the algorithms involved at this point...but will solve it eventually...

Live I ripple chips or just talk to people.

Online I'm usually working and playing only freerolls/low stakes tornys to keep my math on point - so I'm usually slightly distracted while playing a table, thus, boredom isn't really an issue for me. Btw I don't suggest doing other things while playing it's counter productive.

I especially listen to music, once on the film I surf the net when more exciting situations I focus on playing.

If I'm playing just one table, normally I listen music... but in multitable I try just to play.

If I feel nervous, I do not start playing poker.
But during the game, I usually listen to music.
Music always helps me focus.

Yes. I fidget. I get excited and why not? Its online so no one sees me.
If I need to relax then I listen to music and look up things online like this forum or listen to Doug Polk. lol

I shuffle chips when playing online and live. Helps me focus. I also listen to music when playing online but not live.

Not soo much of fidgeting for me, but when it comes to a big hand I do get that sense of increased heart rate till it all comes down to the moment of reveal when there's been consistent raising.
