True. I rarely leave the table, but when I do: I am not going to worry about the hand I might have gotten. Similarly, I know some people "sit out" for a hand or two after a bad beat. What you might lose by not playing a hand that might be Aces is countered by you not going on tilt or something.

If you need to use the bathroom then go and if you need a breather to calm down after a hand, then take it. Don't overthink things superstitiously here.
