Online Poker vs live poker

Sometimes I feel like I would win a lot more if I stopped playing online poker and play live poker, what do you think??

I play only on line poker but I know a person that play live poker and earn 1k montly.He´s a lucky guy I think.I don´t have the abilit to steal some blinds,he has.That´s why he´swinning.

The online games are more bulky and a lot of people winning at poker online to pay other entries in live play so live and others are online
I believe in the mix of the two modes
Although I am profitable in live but I am not yet profitable in the online

It is kind of nice, seeing who you are playing against, but both ways are still alot of fun

I played bouth variants of poker ( online and live) throughout life and i can tell you for sure it's a big difference between its mainly because in online poker the face up cards which the poker platform displays aren't random like in live poker. My believe is the online poker gives the face up cards depending on what cards have the players at the table who plays the current hand.

They are random. You’re seeing stuff that isn’t there.

hello Belus 08, I already thought that way, but I think online poker offers more comfort and we are in our environment, in live poker we have many looks upon us and this for some people is not cool.
I vote for online poker.

I love them both! Poker is poker! Live is much slower than online play. Easier to stay focused when every body else is on their phone.

Alot of online players are not very serious players but that depends on what stakes you play at,i personally like playing live better because you get to read peoples faces and reactions.It gets easier once you get rid of the early jitters of playing live for the first hour and start to relax.

I totally agree with you
It's much better to feel when playing live poker
but online poker has its advantages
for example when I get back tired of work I can always play at least one tournament

definitely live. I play more online because the closest live game is 1 hour away. but being able to see people adds another dimension of poker you cannot get from online.

Live is more random and therefore less bad beats.

live poker is best..i am lucky to have a bar league in home town from sept. to apr. ...also within driving to montreal..there is satisfaction to see a sucessful bluff..lol....thanks darrell

In live poker you don't have to deal with internet related technical details either. It's nice when you can sit at a table and socialize more.
