Do you prefer Live poker or on-line poker

I prefer online poker. we have several gambling zones in russia, and in other places poker is banned, but in every city there are underground poker houses, and recently I was in one of them. I lost a little money and left at the exit I met mine old accomplice and he told me, you have everything written on your face, they read all your cards through emotions on your face, so now I only play on my phone.

at the professional level in live poker it is more difficult to achieve results than in online poker, live poker is much more difficult to play here you can read the player, and no one can see you online.

I definitely prefer live games as opposed to on-line games, because I get to meet Friends and acquaintances I have made through the game, and I get to make new Friends at the same time.
There are people and players I would probably never have met if it wasn't for Poker, as some are a lot younger than myself and run in different social circles, so I consider Poker to be a great leveler in the fact that it really does not matter how old you get as long as you have a common interest Friendships can be formed.
Unfortunately Covid has changed our World and we all have to be extra careful when we are out in Public mixing with people we are not related to, Sad but True!

Because I have not so much possibility to play live, I prefer to play online. But I wish to play live, it has an own mood. You can touch your card, your chips, you can read your opponent's facial expressions etc. Live poker is the real poker, it is undisputed. But the online poker is very comfortable: you can play anywhere, anytime. Its speed is unbeatable, which in 2021 is essential.

I play most online poker, but I would rather the following:

For Cash Games: Online Poker

Tournaments: Live Poker

Reason for the choices: Rake and taxes for the cash games, tells and bluffs for tournaments, once in live poker your opponent has more than simply money to lose calling an "air" at flop, you can put more pressure on it´s shoulders.

I prefer online poker the most cause it's more convenient and can play anywhere with multiple tables. But I do like live poker for the social atmosphere and seeing reactions of sick plays happening.

If I lived closer to a casino, I think live would be better and more realistic. I've primarily played online and it's very convenient, especially with the math and keeping track of how much money is in the pot. I don't typically play more than one or two tables online because I prefer to get reads on players instead of being a bot and playing ABC poker. Live players aren't that great though, and I do love playing with my chips haha
